Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Join us solo or with friends – no minimum group size!

Unwind and recharge in our riverside sauna, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Glendalough. Enjoy a hot sauna session, then refresh with a cold plunge in the river or a rain shower to cool off. Afterward, relax in our cozy cabin, sipping complimentary mint tea.

Each 1-hour session includes an extra 30 minutes to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. No rush.

BOOK THE ENTIRE OPEN SESSION? – Great for Stags, Hens, Private events or just the ultimate date night..

• Select “Book Entire Activity” – Cost is just €120 and includes 8 people….
• Its ok if you have less than 8 people.. but you can’t book the entire session unless you pay for the full private option.
• With this option you have the place to yourself and a enjoy a private session

Book the sauna just for you and your friends! Each 2-hour session includes time to relax in the cabin after your sauna experience. Cool off with a cold plunge in the river or a rain shower, then unwind with complimentary mint tea in the cabin.  The sauna holds up to 10 people – if you’re more than that, just take turns and enjoy nature in between.

• €160 per session(includes up to 10 people, extra people €10pp)
• Minimum age: 16

Optional Add-Ons:

• Wood-Fired Pizza Oven: +€25 (bring your own fresh pizza, we’ll cook it for you – adds 30 minutes)
